Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and process maps.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current systems.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project success.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
