Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and technical documents.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current operations and desired future states.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on business analysis deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
