Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close complex IT infrastructure projects with weekend deployment phases
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers and analysts across time zones
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with P&L accountability
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for weekend sprint planning
- Stakeholder communication with C-level executives and external partners
- Risk mitigation for weekend change management initiatives
- Weekly reporting to executive leadership on KPI achievement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift flexibility
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies for weekend deployments
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale IT projects
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Experience with MS Project and resource allocation tools
- Ability to troubleshoot critical path issues during weekend operations
- BS/BA in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
