Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create compelling data visualizations for executive presentations
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous improvement cycles
- Lead documentation of business requirements, system changes, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process mapping tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Proven experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
