Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA departments
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with bi-weekly sprint cycles
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through weekend status meetings and documentation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Lead post-mortem analyses to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile frameworks and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of 3+ complex IT projects
