Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define project requirements and scope.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and market research to identify business needs and areas for optimization.
- Create detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current processes against industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
