Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Lead weekend cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, and Product Development departments
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues to senior leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekend status meetings and progress reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Asana and JIRA platforms
- Ensure weekend deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in weekend/shift-based roles
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Asana, and JIRA
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote/off-hour teams
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
