Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shifts, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Respond to critical incidents with rapid resolution protocols
- Execute system backups and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless handover processes
- Document all operations activities and performance metrics
- Proactively identify system inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Train night shift peers on new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT operations or system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
