Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for corporate systems and employee devices
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve security alerts during overnight hours
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems including Windows Server and Active Directory
- Document incident reports, maintenance logs, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless IT operations continuity
- Perform system backups, updates, and patch management during low-traffic periods
- Train employees on IT policies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
