Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for cloud migration and SaaS development initiatives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across 3 global time zones during night shift hours
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking
- Manage $500K+ project budgets with precise financial forecasting and reporting
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-stakes deployments
- Stakeholder communication with C-suite executives and external partners
- Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement in project delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ years in night shift/remote leadership
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience scaling Agile teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Expertise in Atlassian suite and Microsoft Project
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $250K
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across time zones
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
