Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Execute scheduled maintenance, patching, and security updates with zero downtime
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to global teams via ticketing systems and remote access
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles for IT best practices
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on system optimization and incident resolution
- Implement disaster recovery procedures and system backup protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or AWS/Azure certifications preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written/verbal communication
