Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new systems and processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process optimization.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement business process models and workflows (UML, BPMN) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation for the development team.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the technology or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) as part of the core business hours rotation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
