Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets and resolve complex technical queries efficiently.
- Monitor system performance logs and troubleshoot alerts in real-time to prevent downtime.
- Document all technical resolutions, bugs, and solutions in the Knowledge Base for future reference.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over unresolved issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations and peripherals to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with weekend availability as needed.
