Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven recommendations
- Support weekend sprint planning and release coordination
- Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
