In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, analyzing data trends, and delivering reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and document detailed requirements for system improvements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain clear, concise reports and dashboards to track KPIs and project progress.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the finance or healthcare sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
