Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements through detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop data models and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Validate solutions through testing cycles and user acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or remote work flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and requirements documentation
- Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours
