Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a product owner proxy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering successful process improvement projects
