Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project scopes, and gather detailed functional requirements for weekend-specific initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement, reporting findings to leadership.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and flowcharts to visualize business workflows and facilitate stakeholder understanding.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between IT developers and business units to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Testing & QA: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating that weekend systems and reports meet defined business criteria.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
