Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proactively troubleshoot network, server, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports and maintain comprehensive IT logs
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments
- Provide Tier-3 support for escalated technical issues
- Contribute to disaster recovery testing and maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and hybrid environments
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or automation scripting
- Proven incident management and on-call rotation experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available for night shift coverage (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
