Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for weekend stakeholders.
- Conduct data modeling, gap analysis, and create detailed reporting dashboards to support weekend decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational workflows.
- Document business processes and maintain accurate data governance standards.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from diverse business units.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (typically Friday through Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
