Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling and visualization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting key performance metrics for weekend operational efficiency
- Document processes, workflows, and system requirements using industry-standard methodologies
- Facilitate weekend workshops to validate findings and present actionable recommendations
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives for weekend-optimized operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience documenting complex systems and creating clear technical specifications
- Ability to thrive in weekend schedules while maintaining weekday availability for critical meetings
