Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and operational requirements, specifically for weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and document business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate the release of weekend operational changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends as required (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
