Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define business objectives and success metrics
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and continuous feedback loops

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
