- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data visualization tools
- Document detailed requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using SQL and Tableau
- Validate solution feasibility and provide implementation guidance
- Track key performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a weekend work environment (Sat/Sun shifts)
