Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in contract or consulting roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and requirement management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of financial systems or healthcare data preferred
