Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for weekend operational support.
- Design and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Excel.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries regarding weekend system performance and data accuracy.
- Perform root cause analysis on system issues and recommend technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
