Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting to support weekend business operations.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Create and maintain data models and technical documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
- Present findings and recommendations to management clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a data analysis role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
