Responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards for executive reporting
- Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and resolve cross-departmental issues
- Document business rules and system configurations for weekend sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or remote work flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering requirements documentation on time
