Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and technical documentation.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and using JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO) is a plus.
