Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define clear business needs and success metrics.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process maps, wireframes, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA, and UX designers) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide decision-making and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support the go-live process to ensure seamless adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Experience with requirements gathering methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is preferred.
