Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use cases to visualize current state workflows and design future state improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and metrics to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements specifications (SRS).
- Testing & QA Support: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test scripts and ensure solutions meet business and technical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Tools: Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
