Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Documentation & Modeling: Create precise process maps, flowcharts, user stories, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to generate reports and insights that support decision-making and track KPIs.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
