Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for software development and system implementations.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business workflows and system logic.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the IT department.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
- Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
