Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure project alignment.
- Design and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge the gap between current state and desired future state.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
