Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Your insights will directly impact the success of our product roadmap and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as the liaison between the business community and the software development team.
- Design and maintain process maps, wireframes, and mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
