Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional requirements and user stories.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and comprehensive system documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers early, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Validate solutions with end-users to ensure requirements are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
