Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding IT, Operations, and Managementâto define business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create detailed documentation, including User Stories, Process Maps, Use Cases, and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and drive project success.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
