Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, goals, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional user stories and technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Work closely with the IT development team to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
