Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to guide development teams.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Agile Support: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and ER modeling.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Tools: Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
