Job Summary:
In this role, you will act as the liaison between our clients and development teams, translating high-level business needs into actionable technical specifications. Your insights will drive product roadmaps and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use case diagrams to visualize business workflows.
- Gap Analysis: Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to evaluate project feasibility and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
