Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams for the development team.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Developers in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure project alignment.
- Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between business needs and current system capabilities and propose solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Methodologies: Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus.
