Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed data models and reports using SQL and Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional specifications
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to leadership
- Support weekend system implementations and user acceptance testing
- Translate technical requirements into business-friendly documentation
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
