Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on project deliverables
- Validate data integrity and ensure quality of business intelligence outputs
- Support system implementations and changes through testing and validation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related business analysis designation preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP implementations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
