Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document detailed requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for the IT team.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality during weekend operations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and user stories to ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring that project goals are met and expectations are managed effectively.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that new systems and processes function correctly before implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a weekend shift (e.g., Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
