Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a logistics or corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
