Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to validate solution designs.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks during weekend operations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a weekend or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements gathering tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during the weekend shift.
