Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and market research to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct gap analysis and assist in the execution of data migration and system integration projects.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to translate technical requirements into clear, actionable business plans for stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
