Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis for weekend operational projects and system updates.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and clear user stories.
- Monitor data trends and generate actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Product Management, Operations) to ensure project alignment.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Support the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase for weekend releases to ensure quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
