- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring
- Validate data integrity and recommend improvements
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirements documentation (BRDs, UML)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP) preferred
