Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, uncover issues, and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to ensure proposed software solutions align perfectly with business objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
